What is TapOne?

TapOne is a convenient food delivery platform that allows you to order from your favourite local restaurants right to your doorstep.

How do I start using TapOne?

Download the EMF app and add your delivery address.
Select your menu from your favorite restaurant.
Place your order which will be prepared and delivered.
Select your payment method.
No soon you will enjoy a delicious meal.

How do I know my order has gone through?

Soon after the order is placed, you will get a SMS confirming your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most’s will be delivered in less than 40 minutes. We will try to get your food to you as soon as possible and most deliveries will arrive in under 30 minutes .Every possible attempt will be taken to deliver almost all the orders subject to the efficiency of the restaurants staff and the traffic conditions on way back to you.

Once I have placed my order can I contact the restaurant direct?

Yes you can! If you are unable to reach the restaurant you may contact us.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Yes you can change your order as long as the restaurant hasn’t started to prepare your order. Please note that if the restaurant has already begun preparing your order we cannot issue you a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order, if the restaurant has not started cooking the food you have ordered. If the restaurant has already begun preparing your order then we cannot issue you a refund.

I have received my order, but it is not what I requested?

Please double check the confirmation e -mail. If you notice a difference between the e-mail and what you received, immediately call the restaurant and let them know the mistake.

Our staff is out to help you if you fail to resolve this directly with the restaurants.

What payment methods do you accept.?

We accept all major credit cards. All payments are secure.

What if I have a problem with my order?

What if I have food allergies?
